Refund policy

Once the coffee / tea leaves the facility, we have no control over contamination. Therefore, we cannot resell or reuse it. There is no returning the coffee / tea for the safety of our customers. 

We cannot refund money on products that we cannot reclaim. Also, all profits go to a 501(c)(3) not-for profit, so we cannot take back money that has been donated.

All sales are final.
